100 days

q: So why 100 days?

a: Pretty simple really. It’s a nice, round number. And it ties in neatly with my aim of losing 14kg.

q: How so?

a: 7 days x 7 weeks x 2 = 98 days so I have rounded it up to 100.

So this gives me a bold yet achievable target of 1kg per week.
