Water.

Plain, cheap, simple, everyday drinking water with no added colours, flavours or preservatives!

It’s the most basic thing but drinking at least 2 litres of water per day is not only good for you, it also helps you feel full, an important component in the battle to lose weight.

The Bodytrim program recommends 23 litres per day and encourages small sips throughout the day rather than quaffing larger amounts irregularly.

This is something I hadn’t thought of before but it makes perfect sense as your body will try to eliminate it faster when consumed too quickly.

I just need to get in the habit of keeping a bottle filled with cool, fresh water on hand.
