Plain, cheap, simple, everyday drinking water with no added colours, flavours or preservatives!
It’s the most basic thing but drinking at least 2 litres of water per day is not only good for you, it also helps you feel full, an important component in the battle to lose weight.
The Bodytrim program recommends 2 – 3 litres per day and encourages small sips throughout the day rather than quaffing larger amounts irregularly.
This is something I hadn’t thought of before but it makes perfect sense as your body will try to eliminate it faster when consumed too quickly.
I just need to get in the habit of keeping a bottle filled with cool, fresh water on hand.
