diet

The whole reason for modifying my diet is to make a change.

A change in my weight. A change in my appearance. A change in my health. All for the better.

Not that I feel sick or am sufferring from a disease. At least not yet.

But I realise I can’t go on ignoring the bleeding obvious. Excess weight is not good.

Yet any change in my diet must be easy to implement in the long-term.

There is no point going on some fancy “new-age, latest research, recent break-through, detox, starvation, lo-carb, Hollywood, get-results-fast” diet. Even if everyone else is doing it. Even if everyone raves about its success.

Because, despite it producing some great results in the short-term, it won’t last.

What I need to do is make a permanent change.

And that one, big, full-on, no-looking-back change to my diet is giving up sugar!

Everything else is icing-on-the-cake. A side order. An extra. A bonus to maximise results.
