weigh-in | week 4


Another good week.

Again, the weight-loss isn’t what I had aimed for or anticipated but it’s in the right direction.

I’m realising more and more that healthy eating is a better, more appropriate goal and that weight-loss is just a great spin-off. A pleasant side effect. A happy outcome.

Becoming healthy is far more important yet far harder to measure.

There’s no reason “not to believe” that the excess baggage will not disappear in time.

It may not happen at quite the pace I want it to.

But does that really matter?
