One of the tricks to increasing your metabolism is finding new ways to move.

As a result, I’m constantly on the look-out for clever ideas I haven’t tried before.

So I was pleased to recently read an article called “stairway to heaven” about how using the stairs can be a great work-out.

It seems pretty obvious on reflection.

And as the article suggests, it’s a lot cheaper than the gym and infinitely more productive than a step-machine.

Whether you walk it or run it, do it at work or outdoors, it sounds like a killer workout to me.
