Slow and steady progress.
I knew it was going to be primarily water-loss not fat-loss in that first week. Bodytrim even admitted as much. But I did factor it in.
However, as mentioned, when I scrapped the program after only a few days, this big loss never eventuated.
Yet I’m still losing weight at a pace of about 0.5kg per week.
So, if I was to recalibrate my long-term goal I would be targetting 75kg by week-14.
The rest may then require another 10 weeks.
