Whats so fun is that he’s more like a mad scientist than a chef. Yet he makes it look all so easy.

He makes me excited to try new ideas. To experiment with methods and ingredients. And simply discover first-hand the joys of cooking.
Another program we watched is called River Cottage hosted by chef Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall.
More down-to-earth like Jamie Oliver. But incredibly practical and a joy to watch.
Although I must say, his experimentation with slugs didn’t entice me a great deal.
Still, these cooks, along with many other favourites, are a great source of education and inspiration .
