What began as a great week ended with a little too much indulgence.
Eating dinner at a friends place started with nibblies and finished with dessert. With plenty in-between.
And all of it washed down with alcohol.
Not great in terms of diet but certainly enjoyable socially.
Yet I did spend much of the week at or below 77kg so I’m confident I’ll be back there shortly.
So it begs the question whether or not it’s acceptable to take a day off when trying to lose weight.
Will it lead to greater dietary indiscretions or is it good mentally to allow yourself some leeway?
It’s interesting Bodytrim think it’s OK to do so as long as the rest of the week involves discipline.
