It can be as simple as getting out and doing more in the garden or around the home.
For example, I’ve just spent the last hour cleaning out the gutters which is always worth a few brownie points with the other half.
Whilst gardening is quite therapeutic it’s not a huge fat-burner.
However, I do find mowing a pretty good means of elevating the heart rate and burning a few extra calories. It’s certainly more productive than just walking!
So next time you’re thinking of getting active, why not pop outside and enjoy the sunshine whilst doing something useful at the same time?
