weigh-in | week 13


It’s generally been a week of good eating and heaps of exercise that has seen me get back on track.

That’s not to say I’ve been perfect in watching my dietary intake.

But I haven’t gone off the rails once.

If I’ve indulged a little it’s been minimal, allowing me to remain on the straight-and-narrow, thus avoiding the old spectres of chocolate, lollies and soft drink.

I’m sure everything tastes much better now that I don’t live on sugar.
