weigh-in | week 16

The week started well but then didn’t really progress.

I’m getting used to these inconsistent incremental changes.

I don’t like it. But I am resigned to the fact that losing weight is not a straight line.

I do hope that all the running I’m doing is creating new lean muscle tissue which is heavier than fat.

And I’m so close to the target for this month of 74kg that I’m content.

Next stop? 72kg.
