  1. This is a very good model. People need to get out of this paradigm that says they need to push themselves so damn hard in order to be fit and healthy. The more we learn, the more we realize it is a lot simpler than we make it out to be. Lots of slow cardio, chores and yard-work (lol), some strength training, stretching, and LOTS of rest, water, and good nutrition. Thats the way to go.

  3. Definitely. I swear people selling stuff just keep persuading all of us to buy all this stuff we don’t really need at all. Time to get back to free standing people.
